Moly Fusionä
Quick Tips and Updates to the Current Instruction Manual.
“End-Use license”
The Moly-Fusion™ is core product technology like software. It is so powerful it can be made into numerous dilute products as well be used in most industries, including undiscovered industries and nearly as many applications as there are metal used for. Even the Treatment-Oil is a concentrate/super-concentrate of 2-Cycle Oil. Based on another 2-cycle Oil, it can be diluted as much as 12:1 in Pure Food-Grade Consumer Canola or some other Oil, (Do-it-yourself Synthetic), and still be diluted 40:1 in Gasoline for some applications as a treatment oil. It is not recommended at this time it be diluted so great – because it has not been professionally tested.
· What modifications are there for this “End-Use License” for Commercial Use?
The end-use agreement is in force, and in addition to the agreement:
There are no additional licensing fees for specific uses (What it is used on), for the purpose of full disclosure what applications it is being used on, and so we can assist directly in application development with the Commercial Customer except: All end-use items that contain Moly-Fusion shall state the information, and unless revoked, permission is hereby granted to do so. No end-use products to be used to treat other items which include lubricants, coolants, repackaging, grease, and other products to treat others are granted in the above statement without a specific licensing agreement which will include but not be limited to royalties, and credits to the fact it contains “Moly-Fusion™” AND to what percentage.
Everything NOT directly related to application and what directly it is used on, there is a mutual proprietary information non-disclosure agreement except as otherwise agreed between the parties. All direct information as pertains to publishing a “case study” is not proprietary.
Gun Usage:
Keep in mind it is not to be used in the chamber of any high pressure round nor in any cylinder of any revolver except low pressure rounds only.
It most not be used in any application where elimination of friction would be a problem, will be a problem, or if you do not understand the firearm well enough to selectively void the warrantee on any portion thereof. Either seek a professional Gunsmith, or it you are one, consult with Shooter Solutions first. This is also true in non-gun usage: anywhere “sticktion” is designed into the operation of any portion of a part that is to be treated: don’t do it, or use with care.
Why is this serious? Treatment of the chamber as mentioned above will lead to excess pressure on the bolt face causing shear-stress of the bolt lugs, or in a cylinder cause it to jam. Any accidental treatment portion can only be removed by a strong acid-solvent somehow or 600 grit wet or dry sandpaper to restore some of the friction that is needed. Failure of a bolt may require bolt-proof full plexiglass shield. Failure of a revolver or any other failure, including double firing can lead to equally disastrous and life threatening consequences up to and including loss of someone’s life.
Modifications:
General Instructions:
The metal should already be prepared including polishing out of rough spots and rust pits.
Full cleaning of as many contaminants as possible first is required, especially inside the depressions of rough spots and rust pits as stated above. (Where Moly-Fusion cannot go in cannot treat, and in hollow areas, enough microscopic amounts of accumulated copper can collect to affect accuracy, once the depressed area is filled.)
Temperature range is 70-90 degrees. If the room temperature is only in the 70’s – don’t sweat it. While warmer may be better, it is not necessary to get real results.
“Ions” are a simplification of the permanently charged new molecules which combine the steel (Fusion) to create a new better surface.
Preparation for Use: Pay special attention to steps 9 and 10.
Using this product:
70-90 degrees is sufficient.
When treating, be careful not to slip and damage the crown at the muzzle, as this will have an extreme detriment to accuracy.
Comments:
Metal roughness can and will negate some of the treatment value, as residue can still accumulate between the peaks.
More Comments will be added as time goes on. This better product is brand new, although the base technology is several years old.
Page 7: The treatment Oil is DESIGNED as a 2-Cycle Oil PURE concentrate. (It can mix with pure Canola Oil, and if maintained pH 7 used for 2-cycle use. It is mixing with some Motor Oils and Gasoline and Diesel Fuels for direct engine upper and lower treatment. A mixture of the two products treat metal and wood-working bits and cutting steel.
For Non-Gun Usage see other side.
Moly Fusionä -- Page 2
Non-Gun Usage.
See the Gun directions, since guns and gun bores are made of tool chrome-Moly Steel and Tool Stainless Steel.
Automotive: It should NOT be used in any limited-slip rear ends, differentials, or any where else “Sticktion” or where some metal-to-metal friction is required for operation. This includes worm gears. For an automatic transmission treatment, much lower than normal amounts must be used first: no more than one ounce of treatment oil maximum per period of time.
For 4-cycle engines, some treatment will occur with 3-6 ounces in a large V8 fresh oil and filter, and 1-2 ounces in a near-empty tank of fuel.
½ to 1 ounce of oil can be added to manual transmission box before driving. A smaller amount into the power steering gear box.
For maximum treatment options, it is recommended to get the $80.00 per kit plus a Quart of the treatment oil.
For 2-cycle engines, the treatment oil can be directly aspirated into the air intake while running to bypass treatment of the fuel.
Air Compressors can be treated: upper and lowers to increase compression, reduce the electrical power requirements drastically and quiet noisy lifters. This does not include increasing life of the existing compressor(s).
Externals of guns, and fishing reel bearings, etc: drops or squirts of the transfer pipette or long eye-dropper will do wonders to reduce friction and increase salt and acid corrosion resistance, for tiny cost due to the treatment rather than just a temporary oil. Unlike a “Teflon” product, it is not acid, but pH neutral.
In the industrial environment as well as at home and in the Gunsmithing shop, it can be used as an easy to replace mold release for plastic, lead, and other metals. It can be used for self-releasing dies for replacing lube for cases and hydraulic press molds – to act as a quick-release. Also all compression dies used in all hand-hydraulic presses.
With all these uses, it will become clear to the industrial user why there is an “end-user license agreement”.
There is another procedure not outlined above which we will be glad to share based on specialized technique for quicker and even stronger industrial results. This will be released on agreement.
