The following is an opinion of and only of! techshooter and is subject to change, as it is an ongoing field of study, helped by much in strenous complaints to the BBB over the last 36 months. Scam Kelly Products, last known address is a P.O. Box(!) an unregistered telemarketer of Offic Products who will promise the moon, but not give as requested.

If you own a business, Kelly Products will be calling!

But don't take my first opinion on them as a practice - see what the BBB says about them: as of today, the BBB gives (Presuming it is the same Kelly Products or Kelly Group Inc. at (click on) Kelly Products Report. Kelly Products include aftermarket rebuilt laser toner cartridges, compatible inkjet cartridges, high capacity color replacement cartridges, etc. Reviews of actual products, service, technical truth (whether salesman tells the truth) as well as integrity (Company tells the truth.)

It is very interesting that there is not hide not hair on Kelly Products on the internet at this point. Perhaps this review will change all of that, and this page can become the open forum on the Kelly Porducts Company - if in fact there is such a company.

If you have been scammed by them (something not pleasant necessarily to say) then by all means e-mail. If you have any digital pictures, faxes, e-mails, please forward them.

If and when techshooter has too much feedback, it will be so stated as this section fills up.

What is interesting is why they have a grade of "F" (The absolute lowest rating BBB gives - and not being a regulatory agency the worst they can do.)

However, the way multiple telemarketers do is not give you a chance to check online with the BBB, or online with the search engines - for those who haven't used BBB before - or at least online.

The fact that Kelly Products promises a free trial, and is a scam, if you do pay, there is no guarantee they will not still claim to not have been paid, and sporting an "F" rating from BBB, is as low to the scam muck as any scam company can stoop to.

If they aren't a scam, (Just an "F" rating according to a Better Business Bureau rating, I'll present another view.
Where the complaints are coming from - and whether they are marketing a superior product.
In other words, the rest of the news beyond the big fat BBB "F" rating - and if the company is doomed to complaints do to aggressive marketing (They still promise it free for 30 days to test it out - while doing a double-speak dance they know is false advertising: unsolicited (by you) product to you is free and they know it - that's the law.) According to the BBB they do business promising it free and then asking for a very high price (to make up for those who decide to keep it free - since IF you send it back, according to the BBB you will NEVER get a credit against the bill.) (This makes the product free if you are angry at their practice.)

But don't take my word for it - it is only a personal opinion, and of course the BBB says get their promise in writing ahead of time - since they are just schisters ("F" rating doesn't prove it of course, since it is only the BBB's opinion based on their experience over the last 36 months and since Kelly Products has been in business a long long time, wiping the slate completely clean from 36 months ago is extremely generous, thinking out loud. In other words, a
