Fiat Gun Shotgun? (FIA)

Country of origin: Italy. At the very least the Barrel must be from FIAT (IT). Pictured is a thumbnail picture of a complete Fiat Double barrel side by side shotgun. As you browse the pictures, it is clearly a hand-produced shotgun - very ornate, including a typo on the barrel.
The origin of the shotgun is from the war of World War I.
It is so ornate, you would think it to have been part of an exclusive collection.
Pictured below among the thumbnail pictures is a close-up of the barrel that says in italian Acciaio Speciali Fiat, translated to English reads Fiat Special Steel, or Special Steel Fiat - but the Italian stamp speciali has the letter "l" stamped twice - hence the typo from Fiat.
