International Shipping & Handling FAQ

Payment method: Because we ship product, it is important to know the identity is correct to the credit / debit card.

Identity is assured with PayPal.

Since we don't wnat the product destroyed, if an shipment is undeliverable it is usually sent back.

In the event it comes back, there will be a double charge on the amount of credit not given - much more handling usually for international - especially for a card.

Note to ship something else, say of a lesser quantity, the shipping charge is not refunded nor cash refunded for the credit due. If no more shipping is paid it will come off of the credit granted. The reason no cash is given is it is considered done when shipped.

While we do our best to make sure everything gets through customs, there is no quarantee whether it will - for example if it is considered a commercial shipment, it may be returned if it does not have the correct commercial codes based on product. Retail there is generally not a problem - partly determined if it is going to a person as opposed to a company - but also quantity in the shipment.

All currency is in the U.S. Dollar since shipping is from the U.S.

The following items cannot be shipped Overseas - each retail item in a box must be declared on the packaging. - any harsh solvent: includes degreaser and Kleen 'n brite. - Parkerizing of any type, due to regulated acid. - Neutralizer - de-waterer. - No individual gallon bottles, say of Moly-Fusion™ concentrate - you can make your own from the super-concentrate which is very safe to ship, since it is pretty safe and not a liquid at room temperature.

The value of the goods declared is what you pay - and that is it.
In other words the customs' value you will need to pay for will be what you actually pay - and declaration will be in US dollars. Don't ask for a lower amount - it won't happen. If it is a sale price it will be sale to everyone.

In the event you get a free sample of something the labels will be clearly marked in indelible ink - so it can't be resold.

Shooter Solutions values the international marketplace, but it is important to get paid, and for items to arrive.

The above will be put in bulletized form eventually, but there needs to be an International FAQ, for a few products in high international demand. However, the Parkerizing can't go international as a retail product since it is ORMD in the US.
