It is the weight of the combined weight of the nickel shown plus a dime, or three weigh .7 ounces together, or 22 grams.

It is designed to be the most perfect compliment to the Skeeter Deluxe Trigger Kit, or in any Regure 10/22 group, for that matter. The Skeeter-designed, Rimfire Technologies™ Deluxe Trigger Kit is the best kit as a group of parts, not assembled in a group. A preassembled group can have a Skeeter Deluxe Trigger installed.
