Not all application areas are listed here: some are left out on purpose, the actual instructions may give more examples, being newer, but most interesting would be new application areas as in new design: just like when a new integrated circuit comes along: new designs pop up around it. At the bottom of the page are links to example application areas, in place as of 2004.
Cost Savings
Consumers
Though this is a professional product, it
carries a money back warranty including shipping both ways, (US and
Canada only), no other warranty is expressed or implied, since it is so
strong. This is uncut, full strength, as manufactured technology. It is
amazingly non-toxic and very long shelf life (years, as the chemistry is
stable.) The warranty is 90 days only, and subject to change without
notice. It is a professional strength item.
Does Wonders for HSS, cobalt coated, Titanium
Nitride coated (TiN), and much more: Smoother, Longer Lasting, Less
Sticking, Less Deburring, Neater. Does not retard an active lubricant. The advantage for drilling is a sharp edge only stays sharp when the rest of the bit is friction-free so it doesn't generate its own heat in the work. Especially in soft materials that "gall" on metal to metal contact: Stainless steel, Titanium, and aluminum. Also heat reflectivity/refractivity is important to prevent transfer of heat from hot work to the tool.
Electronics
New Area, while it has many, many applications,
it is unused here to date. Examples=Tantalum
Finished Goods
For example on Finished Blade and cutting
materials where you have access to the steel itself. (See Metals below.)
Firearms
Lest you think it is just for firearms, remember it is metal treatment, and therefore has universal appeal for mountain bikes, bicycles, skates, and all manner of epuipment related and unrelated to firearms. Most testimonials are for firearms, but the reason for the categories is to show other uses.
In the bore of Hand-guns: semi-autos, autos,
revolvers, black powder.
In the bore and other wear areas of long-guns: rifles, semi-autos, autos, black
powder, long range, bench rest
It is resilient and has been reported to work as
a great base to another product for this use, when used per directions: Sweetshooter.
All sliding and moving parts where much less
inherent friction and additional strength, longevity, resistance to wear
and resistance to corrossion is desired (and not too much.)
It is best to reapply it at or before it wears
out, to greatly extend the life of the surface working surface, unless you have treated or finished with something it might not go through.
Again is reported by the people who count: our customers to be a great base for another multi-purpose product in protection and lubrication, etc:
Sweetshooter.
Foundry
Handles typical high heat through 2200 degrees F
without allowing galling and spot welding. Will not peel or flake off. Did this in practice in Australia.
Example: Anti-sieze and Anti-stick treatment of metal devices.
Industrial
This is a good area, and its benefits are huge.
It works at 1700 degrees F as a sacrificial surface for agressive cutting dies.
Gunsmithing / Gun Finishing
Customers Love what it does in the bore, slide,
action, super trigger job, etc. in the hands of a trained professional,
who prepares the surface metal first, and follows the directions
exactly. Pre-borescope the the metal in question is best to make sure it
is completely clean and no serious three-dimensional surface defects.
Art London said his customers were bugging him
for it. And it works. "Doc" Lizenby swears by it. For the latest, please check out testimonials.
Gun Building / Custom
While Ken Howell was the first to publish the
merits of this, Brad Stair was the first producer/ innovator in this
area, and has been using it for aproximately 18 months now, (20 months
ago) with terrific results, he and his cutomers say, judging from what
the finished results were. Another proffesional
gunsmith/shooter/metalurgist/certified profesional materials engineer is
using it and performing studies with it for more than two years, some of
which is coming to fruition.
Heavy Machinery
Well, a natural fit here. See above with the
carbide tool dies cutting hardened steel at 1700 degrees F
Machining
HSS, Low Carbon, High Carbon, Hardened,
UnHardened, Milled surfaces, expensive non-carbide and carbide cutter
steels, even, it seems.
Makes a great base for other lubricants, once
parts or tool steel or tooled steel is treated. See Metals below.
Manufacturing
Foundry, Metal Cutting, and Firearm usage are
the primary applications developed to date. More will be on-line soon.

Metal Finishing, not as a colorant.
A super slippery non-coloring finish. .00005"
thick. etc. (Need we say more?) Aprox $3.00 per square foot, reacted
coverage at the 30mL Retail. More expensive than paint, but no equipment is required. 1 Oz. does many 30 cal and under guns, one time each in the bore only, for example.
Motorcycles
Moving parts and as a treatment finish for hardware. If you want a finish, we are coming out with a product to do that.
Research
New technology a phycisist can appreciate, but
doesn't require a physicist, tribolgist, scientist, or evan an engineer
to operate. ALL brand new patented technology in the bottle ready for
use!
Parts
Races, Raceways, lead screws, rails, Moving
Parts, Sliding Parts, Ball Bearings, and much more. Will not interfere
with normal tolerances or the application of top or in between oil,
lubricants, and grease, preservatives. Thousands of applications
possible in this area, it is so huge.
Science
New Technology
Shooting
It is being used here, though to a limited
extent so far. Super benefits, fairly unknown. All gun shooting: smokeless long distance, black powder long distance, Cowboy Single Action, IPSC, Practical Defense Practical Defense shooting, Police Sniping, Shotgunning, and much more.
Students and Hobyists
Easy to Use. A full kit with full directions,
and full support
Sporting
This are many uses, including go-kart use, mountain bikes, racing bikes, winter sports like skating, fishing, 2-cycle engine use, (mechanical portions of sporting) reels, and more. Research is happening in this area, since it is related.
