This new technology amongst other things deposits pure Molybdenum and Phosphorus atomic ions into metal surfaces. The metals in MolyFusion then share an electron with the base metal it is bonded with. This process forms the strongest bond known in nature. ("Co-valent.") An extremely low coefficient of friction even under pressure is a primary property of the new metal molecules (and surface.) The two primary others include higher level of hardness (from introduction of Molybdenum, phosphate reaction, and nitrate hardening) and greatly reduced corrosion / dirt / contaminant bonding capability.

MolyFusion  contains zero oil or petroleum-based products, no moly-disulfide, no PTFE, no synthetics of any kind, and no metal powders.

Based on what it does, there is No other product that can reproduce the results generated by this proprietary technology.

MolyFusion will: Treat most steels to varying degree, including all classes of stainless, galvanized, and high-tech steels. No power supply needed. Bonds.

Stops gaulling by plating steel parts with Moly/Phosphorous alloy. (Molecular infusion / transformation.) Coefficient of friction reduced to .07 in Cleveland State University’s Advanced Manufacturing Program. Equals an 857% reduction from steel on steel.

And not just that statement, because it is that low friction at incredibly high pressure. Maintains a level of

Reduces corrosion-resistance of treated parts.

Reduces carbon build up on metal due to lack of oxidation possible.

MolyFusion will not bond to pure Copper or Titanium.

Will not Interfere with manufacturer’s tolerances. (Presuming the surfaces can slide against one another.)

MolyFusion is : Non Toxic, and Non Flammable. (Water/Glycol Base.)

Metal parts must be chemically clean of all contaminants and protectants.
Prime temperature for cleaning and treating is 90 to 100 degrees F.
(Higher temperature causes base liquid to evaporate too quickly, colder makes the metal molecules less mobile.)
(No more warming then with a hair dryer or sun.)
Moly-fusion liquid can be applied with patch, Swab, Mop, Special Application material, rubbing it in extremely well, keep applying if necessary to keep the metal wet and liquid mobile for 10 - 12 minutes.
The structure of the surface counts: rough, gouges, scratches, sharp edges make for better cutting tool (good for application on cutting edges, tools, and face steel.) Brad removes the "ruff stuff" through disciplined polishing either with compound or JB's Bore paste sandwitched between excellent cleaning of all metal contaminant residue.
Do not ignore "Cautions."

This package may appear to be a small amount (7ml-125 mL), but is highly concentrated. The use of the special application material (included) will help extend the coverage. New application material is available from the distributor, alternative sources explained with directions.

Cautions:
Does Discolor some metal surfaces.
e.g. Expect result of "mottled" look on bluing and parkerizing; slight discoloration noted on even bare metals.
Must NOT be used in any area where friction is DESIRED, or unwanted hardening is NOT DESIRED.
e.g. in the firing chamber of a firearm, or accidental cutting surface of a supposedly smooth surface.
Not a food product. Do not eat, drink, or swallow. (Even though no known toxic effects.) Wear rubber gloves if you have metal fragments into your skin, as it may impact the metal in your hands.
Keep out of the hands of children.

MolyFusion is a high quality plating solution as outlined above. Customer satisfaction is Guaranteed!
